A clear place to start

Is this right for you?

Contact us for a broken tooth, lost crown, persistent toothache, or localized swelling. For uncontrolled bleeding, trouble breathing or swallowing, or significant facial trauma, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

What the process looks like

01

Call and tell us what happened

We ask a few focused questions to determine urgency and give you safe interim guidance.

02

Identify the cause

A problem-focused exam and appropriate imaging help us distinguish what needs immediate care from what can safely wait.

03

Relieve & stabilize

When possible, we address pain or stabilize the problem first, then arrange definitive treatment with a clear estimate.

Let’s talk about cost

Financial clarity is part of good clinical care. We provide an itemized plan before elective treatment and can discuss insurance estimates, financing, or phasing care when appropriate.

What to expect at Luma

An urgent problem-focused exam is $149, with any necessary X-rays discussed first. You receive treatment options and estimates before additional care whenever your condition allows.

Questions, answered

01Do you guarantee a same-day appointment?

No. We reserve limited urgent-visit capacity and offer the earliest appropriate opening. Calling early improves your options. We will always tell you honestly what is available.

02What should I do for a knocked-out permanent tooth?

Hold it by the crown, not the root. If dirty, rinse briefly without scrubbing and try to place it back in the socket. Otherwise keep it in milk and seek urgent dental care immediately. Do not reinsert a baby tooth.

03Can I wait if a toothache goes away?

Symptoms can temporarily ease while the underlying problem remains. Persistent or recurring pain deserves an assessment, especially with swelling, fever, or pain when biting.
