Rebuild with confidence

Dental implants

Replacing a tooth is a big decision. We use 3D planning and restorative-first thinking to design your result before treatment begins, then walk you through every clinical and financial step.

A clear place to start

Is this right for you?

Implants may be an option if you have one or more missing teeth, adequate bone and gum health, and want a fixed replacement. A bridge or removable option may still be a better fit for some patients; we compare all three.

What the process looks like

01

Consultation & 3D scan

We evaluate your health, bone, bite, and goals, then compare implant, bridge, and removable alternatives.

02

Plan the final tooth first

We design the restoration and use that plan to guide implant position. You receive a written timeline and itemized estimate.

03

Placement & healing

The implant is placed with local anesthetic. Integration commonly takes three to six months; a temporary tooth is provided when appropriate.

04

Your final restoration

Once healing is confirmed, we fit the custom abutment and crown and show you how to maintain them long term.

Let’s talk about cost

Financial clarity is part of good clinical care. We provide an itemized plan before elective treatment and can discuss insurance estimates, financing, or phasing care when appropriate.

What to expect at Luma

A single-tooth implant restoration typically ranges from $4,800–$6,900 at our studio, including the implant, abutment, and crown. Imaging, extraction, or grafting are estimated separately when needed. Your written plan lists every cost before treatment.

Questions, answered

01How long do dental implants last?

Implants can serve for many years, but no restoration is guaranteed for life. Gum health, cleaning, grinding, smoking, medical conditions, and regular maintenance all affect longevity.

02Does implant placement hurt?

The area is numbed during treatment. Pressure and mild post-operative soreness are common; significant pain is not. We review comfort and sedation options before your visit.

03Can I have a tooth on the same day?

In selected cases a temporary restoration can be attached immediately, but it depends on stability, bite, bone, and the tooth being replaced. Same-day treatment is never promised before an examination and 3D assessment.

04Will insurance cover an implant?

Coverage varies significantly by plan and may apply differently to the implant, abutment, and crown. We can help estimate benefits, but your insurer makes the final determination.
